Hidayatullah National Law University (HNLU), Raipur invites online application for the post of Litigation Fellow for the HNLU Lawyers Fellowship Programme under its flagship initiative “विधि सारथी – Justice Connect”, aimed at strengthening access to justice and supporting early-career litigators at the district level in Chhattisgarh. Name of the Post: Litigation Fellow Stipend: ₹22,000/- month Essential Qualification and Experience Graduate of a three (3) year or five (5) year LL.B. programme with a minimum of 55% marks or equivalent CGPA. Must be enrolled with a State Bar Council and preferably have passed the All-India Bar Examination (AIBE). Candidates with less than two years of practice and more than five years after graduation are not eligible to apply. Preference will be given to candidates: - Actively engaged in litigation practice at the district level - Demonstrating commitment to access to justice and legal aid. Preference: First-generation lawyers and Lawyers with experience of two to five years. Roles & Responsibilities Provide pro bono legal assistance to underrepresented and marginalised communities. Assist in litigation, drafting, filing, and court procedures. Conduct legal awareness and outreach programmes at the grassroots level.
