Name of the Post: Legal Manager Location: Chennai Essential Qualification and Experience Graduate degree in Law, as regular full time student, from a recognized university. Post Qualification Experience: Experience in finance industry, preferably in banking and finance sector, with a proven track record. Roles & Responsibilities Independently drafting, reviewing, negotiating and closing the banking legal documents like loan, security, assignment, securitization, other Finance related Documents etc. and providing ongoing support to business teams. Review and provide legal advice to the business teams with respect to the documentation. Able to manage complete legal documentations with respect to banking transactions.
