Proficiency in MS Office and legal research tools. Roles & Responsibilities Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including vendor, service, partnership, NDA, and distribution agreements. Review and respond to legal notices, demand notices, and formal communications in coordination with internal teams and external counsel. Ensure accuracy and legal compliance of all contracts and documentation. Manage and resolve legal queries and support successful contract negotiations. Develop compliant contracts that optimize commercial terms while minimizing legal risks. Maintain a contract repository and track renewals. Identify potential legal risks and collaborate with cross-functional teams to mitigate them. Liaise with external legal counsel/firms to represent the company in legal matters. How to apply?
