Roles & Responsibilities Provide strategic legal advice on technology laws, data protection, and privacy regulations across jurisdictions. Lead compliance initiatives under the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act and related Indian regulations. Interpret and implement global privacy frameworks including GDPR and other international data protection standards. Advise on DRDP (Digital Regulatory/Data frameworks) and evolving digital governance requirements. Draft, review, and negotiate technology-related agreements including: Data processing agreements (DPAs). Vendor and cross-border data transfer agreements. Design and implement privacy governance frameworks, policies, and SOPs. Conduct privacy impact assessments (PIAs/DPIAs) and risk assessments. Partner with cross-functional teams (IT, Security, Compliance, Product) to ensure privacy-by-design principles. Manage data breach response, incident handling, and regulatory reporting. Monitor regulatory developments and provide proactive advisory to business stakeholders. Support audits, investigations, and interactions with regulators. How to apply?
