About the role:
This role will see you work across a mix of tax advisory and tax dispute matters, servicing a broad client base that may include businesses, high-net-worth individuals, groups and private clients.
You will gain exposure to matters such as:
<ul>
<li>Tax advisory and structuring.</li>
<li>CGT, income tax and GST issues.</li>
<li>Revenue disputes and objections.</li>
<li>ATO investigations and reviews.</li>
<li>Tax issues arising from commercial, property and business transactions.</li>
<li>Private client and wealth structuring matters.</li>
</ul>
The ideal candidate:
<ul>
<li>5-7 PQE, coming out of the Big 4 or reputable tax practice.</li>
<li>Strong technical drafting and analytical skills.</li>
<li>Confidence working directly with clients and senior lawyers.</li>
<li>A commercial and solutions-focused mindset.</li>
</ul>
